At the forefront of driving business growth and product excellence, we seek a visionary leader to spearhead our technology endeavors. As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be instrumental in shaping our digital future.

Job Description:
  • Develop and communicate a company-wide technology strategy and roadmap.
  • Align technology investments with business priorities.
  • Advise leadership on emerging technologies and their impact.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will foster a culture of innovation and digital transformation, promoting IT literacy and collaboration across departments. Your expertise in cloud technologies, software engineering, and digital transformation will be crucial in guiding enterprise architecture and ensuring scalable, secure solutions.

As CTO, your responsibilities will also include overseeing product development, UX/UI strategy, and cybersecurity initiatives. You will be responsible for defining product vision and roadmaps aligned with market trends and business goals, as well as managing vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and threat analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years in senior technology leadership, ideally as CTO or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in cloud technologies (must-have).
  • Strong background in IT operations, enterprise architecture, and governance.
  • Demonstrated success in product development and UX strategy.
  • Expertise in software engineering and digital transformation.
  • Deep understanding of data privacy regulations, including familiarity with international standards such as GDPR, ISO/IEC271001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
