">Enterprise Architect

The Enterprise Architect will play a key role in driving the bank's technology strategy across core banking and digital transformation domains.

">Main Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, focusing on core banking, cards, lending, and deposits.
  • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to assess current capabilities and identify strategic technology needs.
  • Lead end-to-end solution design, providing architectural oversight across critical initiatives.
  • Translate business goals into enterprise-wide architecture and solutions, balancing innovation, risk, and feasibility.
  • Develop technology roadmaps and reference architectures, ensuring architectural governance across teams and platforms.
  • Experience in enterprise or solution architecture within banking or insurance sectors is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of core banking systems, including lending, cards, and deposits, is required.
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks/tools, such as TOGAF, Zachman, and ArchiMate, is necessary.
  • Skilled in legacy-to-modern transformation strategies and large-scale system integration.
Key Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in enterprise or solution architecture within banking or insurance sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of core banking, lending, cards, or deposits.
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks/tools (TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate).
  • Experience with legacy-to-modern transformation and large-scale system integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
