Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Enterprise Architect. This position plays a pivotal part in shaping and executing the technology vision across core banking and digital transformation domains. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business strategy and technology architecture, with experience in designing scalable, modern, and resilient solutions that drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks across various domains including core banking, cards, lending, and deposits.
  • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to evaluate current capabilities and identify strategic technology needs.
  • Lead end-to-end solution design and provide architectural oversight across critical initiatives.
  • Translate business goals into enterprise-wide architecture and solutions, balancing innovation, risk, and feasibility.
  • Develop technology roadmaps and reference architectures; ensure architectural governance across teams and platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of systems such as core banking, lending, cards, or deposits is required.
  • Familiarity with architecture frameworks/tools (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate) is essential.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in enterprise or solution architecture within banking or insurance sectors is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to bridge the gap between technical and business audiences—is a must.
