Transformation Leader - Technology Innovation

As a transformation leader, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution of strategic technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and future growth goals.


  • Lead large-scale technology teams (50+ FTEs) across global locations
  • Own and execute the delivery roadmap for Wealth Management and Private Banking platforms
  • Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of complex, cross-functional programs
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Compliance to align delivery with strategy
  • Champion Agile and DevOps best practices to drive speed and resiliency
  • Manage third-party vendors and commercial partnerships
  • Proven experience leading large-scale technology delivery within financial services
  • Deep expertise in Wealth Management and Private Banking ecosystems
  • Hands-on knowledge of Avaloq, including commercial and vendor management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and senior stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strategic mindset with a track record of execution excellence and continuous improvement
  • Influence the digital transformation agenda at an institutional level
  • Work with high-performing teams in a progressive, agile environment
