Job Overview

As a highly organized and proactive professional, we are seeking an Executive Assistant with Marketing Experience to support our Founder in managing daily operations, administrative responsibilities, and marketing. This role requires a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to make independent decisions, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities include expertly managing and triaging the Founder's inbox, optimizing calendar management, maintaining databases (press lists, vendor lists, etc.), overseeing computer and equipment maintenance, managing the office, arranging travel and related correspondence, and creating/executing detailed expense reports for business trips.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in executive assistance, communications, or marketing, be able to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST), communicate effectively and build strong relationships, and possess strong organizational and time-management skills.
