Investment Banking Associate Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced professional to support our Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets teams.

This role offers the opportunity to work with seasoned leaders, develop leadership skills, and contribute to the firm's growth by executing transactions and identifying strategic opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analysis, leveraging datasets to create actionable insights that inform business decisions.
  • Lead financial modeling and valuation projects, developing transaction structuring and Leveraged Buyout (LBO) models that meet client expectations.
  • Design client-facing materials for Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets transactions, showcasing expertise in financial markets and deal-making.
  • Collaborate with senior team members and clients to execute transactions seamlessly, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely completion.
  • Manage execution processes to ensure efficient transaction workflows and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in investment banking or comparable roles, preferably in mergers and acquisitions or capital markets.
  • Strong academic credentials and technical expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial markets.
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and situations quickly.
  • Professional presence, strong communication skills, and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivation and drive to achieve goals, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
