Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Financial Planning and Reporting Professional to join our Global Finance team. This role will involve leading critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation to drive strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will have experience in FP&A or financial analysis, strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with advanced skills in Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to manage deliverables independently in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will be able to turn financial data into strategic recommendations, communicate effectively with non-financial stakeholders, and lead digital-first projects to automate and streamline recurring FP&A processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advanced skills in Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM
