Job Title: Strategic Operations Partner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, driving strategic initiatives, fostering company culture, and ensuring seamless operations.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional operational expertise, strategic influence, and a strong working knowledge of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). They will also be proficient in utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Key responsibilities include managing the CEO's calendar, email, and priorities; supporting social media presence and thought leadership efforts; and providing outbound support for speaking engagements and inquiries.

Additionally, the Strategic Operations Partner will serve as a primary liaison to board members and shareholders, coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring timely communications.

They will also be responsible for driving special projects, acting as our EOS Administrator, and planning and executing major company events.

  • Executive and Strategic Support:

    • Coordinate corporate planning sessions to drive strategic decision-making
    • Drive special projects as needed to achieve company objectives
    • Act as our EOS Administrator to ensure efficient operations
  • Culture and Company Connection:
    • Plan and execute major company events to foster team engagement and collaboration
    • Execute client appreciation initiatives to strengthen customer relationships
