Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Sales Manager to oversee the sales process, from lead generation to contract execution. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties while ensuring a seamless transaction process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Transaction: Developing and implementing sales strategies, working with Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and managing transaction documents.
  • Marketing: Utilizing email marketing tools and graphic design software for promotional activities.
  • Transaction Management: Coordinating data entry and analysis using Google Sheets.
  • CRM Review: Analyzing client data and performing data entry tasks.
  • Lead Generation: Identifying and generating leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
  • Client Assistance: Providing expert support for clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
  • Property Tours: Conducting market analyses and client consultations.
  • Negotiation and Contract Drafting: Negotiating offers, drafting contracts, and overseeing the closing process.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to real estate laws, contracts, and transaction procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid Real Estate License (Broker or Agent)
  • Proven Experience in Real Estate Sales and Transaction Management
  • Experience in SALE/TRANSACTIONS
  • QuickBooks Online Proficiency
  • Knowledge of Local Real Estate Market, Contracts, and Regulations
  • Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Multitasking and Time Management Abilities
  • Proficiency in MLS, CRM Software, Transaction Management Platforms, and Social Media Marketing
