Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager, located in Cebu. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key clients. The role includes setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and participating in product development and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- A minimum of
5
years of experience in
real estate sales; - Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills;
- Experience in Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Coaching;
- Market Analysis, Sales Reporting, and Forecasting skills;
- Knowledge of the Real Estate industry and Property Market Trends;
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills;
- Bachelor's degree holder;
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
