Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Property Specialist located in Cebu. The Senior Property Specialist will be responsible for looking for the right target market and executing the sale of residential properties. Daily tasks include leads generation, maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, conducting property showings, and negotiating and closing the sales. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and developments to make informed decisions and recommendations to clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead generation, identifying prospective buyers and opportunities in the target market
  • Maintain and grow client relationships throughout the sales cycle
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Conduct property showings to potential buyers
  • Negotiate terms and close sales with clients
  • Stay updated on market trends and developments to make informed recommendations to clients
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in upper-mid to high-end Residential Real Estate
  • At least 2 years proven Sales Skills in the real estate industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Cebu
  • With strong personal network is a plus
  • Career-shifters from other sales industries with excellent sales performance are also invited
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate are a plus
