We are seeking a seasoned Senior Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who can oversee teams, manage tenant relations, and drive business growth.

  • Lead a team of junior property managers in best practices, mentorship, and guidance.">
  • Manage tenant communications, lease renewals, and resolve escalated issues.">
  • Assist in leasing activities, including advertising, coordinating with on-site teams for property showings, applicant screening, and drafting lease agreements.">
  • Evaluate compliance with lease terms, investigate violations, and address tenant disputes professionally.">
  • Coordinate vendor services for maintenance repairs and upgrades, and collaborate with on-site managers for larger renovation projects.">
  • Promote property marketing strategies and operational improvements with leadership.">
  • Analyze financial performance, including budgeting, tracking actuals to budget, and devising strategies to maximize outcomes.">

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.">
  • A strong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management.">
  • Previous experience managing or leading a property management team.">
  • Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property management software.">
  • Availability to work in US time zones and start within two weeks from job offer.">
  • Comfortable using time-tracking tools, owning necessary equipment, and having a reliable internet connection.">
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace.">
