Technical Support Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert assistance and resolve issues related to our Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working under the guidance of a Support Manager, you will work independently and collaboratively with the support team to address technical tickets.
  • Reviewing incidents, problems, and change requests on our support portal.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in SQL databases
  • Knowledge of T-SQL codes, stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers
  • Able to diagnose and address operational data issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft SQL Management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to comprehend complex technical information related to computer software, hardware, and network systems
  • Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills:
  • Manufacturing knowledge (plus but not required)
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes/automation (Food and Beverage Industries)
  • Advanced analytical abilities: Aspentech MES (plus)
