ERP Project Coordinator Role

The success of our Acumatica ERP implementation projects relies heavily on the ERP Project Coordinator. As a key team member, you will collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and execute these projects.

This is a detail-oriented role where you will serve as a secondary client contact, ensuring timely delivery of projects within scope and to a high standard of client satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to the project team by assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing ERP implementation projects.
  2. Support the Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, and communication to ensure seamless collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  3. Track project deliverables, monitor timelines, and update dashboards for effective project management.
  4. Prepare status reports and escalate project risks when necessary to promote proactive issue resolution.
  5. Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance checks to guarantee the highest level of project quality.
  6. Participate in post-implementation reviews and suggest improvements to enhance future project outcomes.
  7. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders as a secondary point of contact.
