Job Opportunity

This project is a high-profile ERP implementation that will be rolled out across all locations using a 'big bang' approach. The scale and geographical spread of this initiative make it one of the company's most critical projects this year.

A Project Manager (PM) has been engaged to act as a strategic bridge between the Infor implementation team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and delivery assurance. The PM will not be responsible for technical delivery, but will focus on project oversight, business alignment, and delivery assurance.

Project Scope – PM Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Act as the central point of contact between leadership, country-level teams, and Infor implementers; ensure consistent communication across all stakeholder groups.
  • Requirements Gathering & Validation: Translate business requirements into clear deliverables; ensure alignment between local country needs and global ERP configuration.
  • Project Planning & Monitoring: Drive project timelines, track milestones, manage dependencies, flag risks; coordinate with Infor to ensure delivery is on track and issues are resolved.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing Oversight: Monitor test planning, execution, and issue resolution; ensure business scenarios are validated before go-live.
  • Change Management & Training Support: Support change management initiatives and coordinate end-user training and adoption efforts.
  • Go-Live Readiness & Cutover Coordination: Facilitate go-live readiness assessments and coordinate cutover activities across countries.
  • Post-Implementation Support & Handover: Manage stabilization, issue triaging post go-live, and ensure knowledge transfer and documentation for ongoing support.
  • Governance & Documentation: Drive governance meetings and reporting cadence.

  • Modality: On-site 3x a week
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in ERP implementation across multiple countries
  • Strong leadership in large-scale, high-risk projects
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder, cross-cultural environments
