Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned finance expert to lead our ERP transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in helping CFOs build and execute a comprehensive finance technology strategy, leveraging cloud-based solutions to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in the finance technology domain, providing strategic guidance to CFO clients and publishing authoritative research on topics such as ERP transformation, AI in ERP, and building a finance technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a finance technology strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative ERP solutions, including vendor evaluation and selection, program governance, implementation, go-live readiness, and post-go-live management.
  • Deliver high-quality advice and insights to CFO clients through face-to-face and video-based presentations, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to make informed decisions.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends and innovations in the finance technology market, including AI capabilities and cloud ERP software.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience working in finance department roles or consulting roles supporting large-scale ERP projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of finance technology and cloud ERP software, including AI capabilities.
  • Experience working closely with CFOs and senior finance leaders to build buy-in for finance technology projects, delivering roadmaps on time and on budget.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, CPA or equivalent certification preferred. Master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to conduct occasional travel, regionally and globally.
