ERP Implementation Coordinator

Job Overview:

The ERP Implementation Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of Acumatica ERP implementation projects.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in project tracking tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing ERP implementation projects
  • Support the Project Manager with scheduling, documentation, and communication
  • Track deliverables, monitor project timelines, and update dashboards
  • Prepare status reports and escalate project risks when necessary
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance checks
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews and recommend improvements
  • Provide client-facing support as a secondary point of contact
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management
  • Stable employment history with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for client and team interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
