Job Position

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite expert to collaborate with business partners, technology architects, and system analysts to implement the enterprise applications product roadmap.

You will apply your technical knowledge to analyze system issues, perform bug triage, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and find solutions. Responsibilities include documenting detailed processes, performing systems configuration, scripting, bug fixes, testing, implementation, continuous improvement, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Works closely with business partners to understand processes, gaps, and goals.
  • Develops and maintains documentation related to developing and modifying business processes and systems.
  • Partners with business, internal, and external technology teams to define associated system requirements and solutions.
Business Solutions Design & Support
  • Designs, implements, and maintains automated workflows, scripts, and integrations within NetSuite and connected systems (e.g., Concur, Coupa, Avalara).
  • Takes initiative to gather information, investigate gaps/issues, identifies potential solutions, and presents to stakeholders.
  • Facilitates review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts, and end-user representatives.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information & Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP in a technical or techno-functional role.
  • Good understanding of one or more areas including but not limited to ERP System Administration, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing etc.
  • Experience in Javascript or any other programming language is a must.
