
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Generator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing proactive marketing strategies to generate leads, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in generating leads and doing outbound marketing, with a strong background in the legaltech or SaaS industry. They must be comfortable liaising with high-ranking people in companies and have a proven track record of delivering results-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and analyse market trends and buying behaviour to inform campaign development.
- Create and execute multi-channel campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and events.
- Develop compelling marketing content, including email templates, thought leadership pieces, and other marketing collateral.
- Implement lead generation strategies, including automating workflows to increase prospect engagement.
- Build a pipeline of sales-qualified leads and ensure seamless transition to the sales team.
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- At least 3 years of experience in generating leads and doing outbound marketing in the legaltech or SaaS industry.
- Results-driven approach with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills, especially for B2B audiences.
- Fluent in Business English.
