Customer Success Role

This position is responsible for managing customer interactions and driving business growth through strategic planning, customer engagement, and relationship-building.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a high volume of customer interactions via phone and email
  • Conducting customer health checks and capturing the Voice of the Customer
  • Building product knowledge to handle questions, objections, and customer concerns
  • Collaborating with global teams to deliver a superior customer experience
  • Documenting customer feedback and tracking satisfaction metrics

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of Customer Success experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM a plus
  • Experienced in onboarding new clients or product users (Doing demos and presentations)
  • Experienced in client management, conducting health checks, and client business reviews
  • Prior success in achievement of individual and/or team sales quota/goals
  • Preferably with experience in handling retention/renewals motion, but not required
