About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Consumer Activation Specialist to join our team. This role will support the Consumer Activation Manager in executing consumer activation initiatives that align with brand equity, global mandatories/toolkits, and marketing objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute consumer activation initiatives that align with brand equity, global mandatories/toolkits, and marketing objectives, under the guidance of the Consumer Activation Manager.
  • Provide support to FMZ and HQ Teams – in particular Territory Activation Leads – in terms of BA deployment, uniforms, activation materials, and premium items, to ensure efficient and consistent execution.
  • Work closely with Brand, Digital, Legal, PPO, Brand, and FMZ Teams to establish processes to align and prioritize brand strategies while being compliant to global brand guidelines and mandatories.
  • Collaborate with third-party activation agencies to develop brand activation ideas/proposals, driving innovation and best-in-class output.
  • Manage provided A&P budget according to priorities and business targets, determining the proper allocation of funds across brand and territory initiatives/requirements to achieve objectives in the most cost-efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate, preferably in Marketing / Business / Communications-related courses.
  • At least 2 years solid experience in Marketing, Trade/Channel Marketing, Consumer Engagement, Brand Activation preferably with a solid background from an FMCG company.
  • Excellent communication skills - Oral and Written (English, Filipino).
  • Prioritize projects ensuring that each program's objectives are met, within budget and executed based on agreed timelines.
  • Analyze data from 1-2-1 programs to establish patterns, draw conclusions, and find solutions that can further enhance ongoing/future programs and help boost company performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the brand's target market through synthesis of multiple sources of consumer and market data.
  • Effectively present to a large crowd, higher management while ensuring that the message is delivered across clearly and effectively.
  • Manage the entire channel or program budget ensuring that money is spent efficiently.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Cross-functional collaboration.
