Job Overview:

The RevOps Manager will be responsible for optimizing operational processes across Sales and Marketing teams, enabling customer-facing teams with systems, data, and processes to drive lead generation, sales conversions, customer retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction.

This critical role will work closely with Revenue Operations, IT, and Sales/Marketing teams on tooling needs and integrations, while maintaining a RevOps lens across people, process, and platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Optimize the Salesforce setup for both Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring seamless integration and efficient performance.
  • Marketing Technology Stack Ownership: Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of all tools, with a primary focus on Hubspot.
  • HubSpot & Salesforce Expertise: Serve as the primary administrator and expert for both Salesforce and Hubspot, driving process automation and system optimization.
  • Process Automation: Develop and manage automated workflows in marketing automation platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Data Management & Analytics: Own all Sales and Marketing data, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across systems.

Requirements:

  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • Bachelor's Degree required. Degrees in Business, Marketing, Finance, or another related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations, with expertise in Salesforce administration and marketing automation.
