Operational Excellence Specialist (Fully Remote)

We are seeking a skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. This role involves driving process improvement, identifying areas of inefficiency and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Identify and analyze business processes to optimize efficiency, velocity, and quality across teams.
  • Establish a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement effective mechanisms for ongoing learning and optimization.
  • Framework Development: Design and implement simple, structured frameworks that enable teams to work consistently and efficiently.
  • Audit & Compliance Support: Ensure processes are properly documented, implemented, and monitored to support internal and external audits.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on company-wide KPIs using dashboards and data insights.
  • Change Management: Participate in change initiatives, including stakeholder coordination, project management, requirements analysis, design, etc.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering or Science or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with lean methodologies and tools.
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and design efficient solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
