Job Description:

As a Sales Finance Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving business growth by providing financial oversight and guidance to sales teams across the country. Your expertise will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, enabling informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial models, forecasts, and reports that support business strategy and drive performance improvement. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements.

Additionally, you will supervise and mentor a team of Sales Finance Analysts, providing coaching and guidance to help them grow in their roles. Your leadership skills and experience will be crucial in fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team.

  • Provide financial oversight and guidance to sales teams.
  • Develop and implement financial models, forecasts, and reports.
  • Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Sales Finance Analysts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in accounting, financial planning, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in budget preparation, financial modeling, and management reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
