Senior Financial Leader Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our accounting team. This is a full-time position based in Davao City.

Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

  • They will prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

  • A strong understanding of financial regulations and internal policies is required.

  • The successful candidate will implement effective internal controls and risk management strategies.

  • Leadership and development of a team of accounting professionals are key aspects of this role.

  • Cross-functional collaboration is essential to drive operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified accountant with 5+ years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong technical accounting and financial management skills, with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • A proven track record of implementing effective internal controls and driving operational improvements.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and data analysis tools.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and address business challenges.

  • Relocation to Davao City is a must.
