Job Summary

Drive financial growth by joining our organization as a seasoned Commercial Finance Manager.

As a strategic business partner, you will lead the development and implementation of key financial planning processes while providing actionable insights to enhance decision-making and drive profitable business outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Business Partner: Collaborate with management teams to develop and manage key operational mechanisms, provide timely analysis, benchmarks, and business insights to inform business decisions and drive profitable growth.
  • Operational Finance: Partner with commercial and operational finance leaders to develop and review financial forecasts, recommend actions for improvement as appropriate.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop and maintain annual budget and forecasting processes, analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identify key variances and trends.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights and trends that drive business growth, translate complex data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A and business partnership.
  • Experience in the automotive or retail industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python).
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
