About the role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our dedicated and passionate team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As our Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of customer service professionals, ensuring excellent service delivery and driving performance. This full-time role is crucial to the success of our fast-paced, customer-centric business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of a team of customer service representatives
  2. Setting performance goals, monitoring progress, and providing feedback and coaching to team members
  3. Identifying and addressing training needs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team
  4. Fostering a positive and productive work environment that empowers team members to excel
  5. Resolving complex customer issues and escalations, setting an example of excellent customer service
  6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a consistent customer experience
  7. Generating reports and analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a call centre or customer service environment
  2. Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader

Hands-on experience handling an inbound account
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
5. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use this information to drive process improvements
6. Familiarity with call centre software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
7. A passion for training and developing team members, and a commitment to continuous improvement
