The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Time Analyst to join our team. As a Real Time Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and communicating real-time performance data to Management Teams, Team Leaders, and team members.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate large amounts of data to inform staffing and scheduling decisions.
  2. Communicate data insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
  3. Adjust staffing and scheduling according to changing business needs.
  4. Solicit extra hours or voluntary time off to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  5. Monitor attendance adherence and escalate issues as necessary.
Your Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Some post-secondary education preferred.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to learn new software programs quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage work priorities.
