Job Title: Senior Revit Modeller

About the Role

This senior role requires a highly skilled professional to lead and manage a team of drafters/modelers in preparing detailed design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural and structural design, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design Management: Oversees the preparation of detailed design drawings for architectural and structural projects.
  2. Team Leadership: Manages a team of drafters/modelers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
  3. CAD Management: Ensures that all designs meet project requirements and adhere to company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Architectural or engineering degree/diploma or accredited certificate of drafting course.
  • Skills: Advanced computer and software skills in preparing architectural and structural detailed design drawings (AutoCAD and Revit software).
  • Leadership: Ability to manage a team of drafters/modelers and coordinate their work effectively.
