Interior Design Senior Leader Role

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the creative direction and strategy of interior design projects.

  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in architecture or interior architecture, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand strategies and guidelines across multiple brands.
  • Ensure consistency in brand look, feel, and voice across all brand expressions.
  • Manage a diverse range of touchpoints, from kiosks to outdoor designs, to create a cohesive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
  • Minimum of 10 years in architectural, interior, or brand consultancy roles.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
  • Candidates must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid setup).
