QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

• Fresh graduates / entry level applicants may apply

• Knowledgeable in Auto Cad program (2D & 3D presentation)

• Knowledgeable of building materials, construction details and relevant rules and regulations and quality standards

• Able to interpret Construction details of residential plans and land development

• Visual awareness and an eye for detail

• Knowledge in construction estimates is an advantage

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver with minimal supervision

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce detail blueprints and make any necessary corrections

• Prepare initial project design sketches and presentations (2D & 3D presentations)

• Maintain all revisions of project drawings

• Helps in preparing designs and construction documents

• Assists in project research and canvassing of materials

• Prepares paper works that involves in construction documents (bill of materials & technical specifications)

• Performs other tasks that will be given by immediate superior
