Solutions Architect Lead

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business drivers and capabilities, as well as the ability to design and implement solutions architecture that aligns with enterprise business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a team of solutions architects, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Determine enterprise system designs and change requirements to drive targeted business outcomes, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Design and lead the implementation of solutions architecture across multiple projects, leveraging expertise in technology trends and emerging technologies.
  • Monitor the current-state solution portfolio to identify deficiencies and recommend improvements, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Analyze the business-IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement, driving business value through effective technology solutions.
  • Foster collaboration between teams to ensure seamless execution of plans, working closely with the program management office (PMO) or project management office.
  • Document all solution architecture design and analysis work, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the process.
