Job Title: Interior Design Senior Manager

JFC's Interior Design Senior Manager is responsible for:

Creative Leadership
  • Managing a diverse range of brand standards and guidelines across multiple brands, including master planning, building designs, signage, and FF&E design.
  • Ensuring consistency in brand look, feel, and voice across all brand expressions.
  • Challenging the status quo with innovative design ideas and improvements.
  • Thinking strategically with a deep empathy for customers.
  • Providing innovative direction and inspiring teams and stakeholders with creative ideas.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external consultancies to develop practical and creative design solutions aligned with brand principles.
Inspiring and Empathetic Leadership
  • Supporting the generation of innovative concepts from brainstorming to execution.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders to maintain design quality and consistency.
  • Coaching and introducing new design practices internally and externally.
  • Creating impactful customer experiences with passion.
  • Reviewing and advising on project pitches.
  • Embodies the company's values, fostering a joyful environment.
Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Developing brand-specific resources responsibly.
  • Delivering impactful presentations to articulate strategies and design directions.
  • Managing the development of brand strategies, standards, and guidelines.
  • Collaborating closely on design execution and creative processes.
Diverse Brand Expression
  • Overseeing all touchpoints, from kiosks to outdoor designs, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
  • Exploring and developing creative brand expressions that enhance customer and crew experiences, balancing operational considerations.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
  • Minimum of 10 years in architectural, interior, or brand consultancy roles.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid setup).
