About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive expansion of a newly launched loyalty program. You will build a network of business partners to offer exclusive perks and benefits. This is a high-impact, end-to-end sales position with full ownership of the sales cycle.

Your Impact: Responsibilities of the Role
  • Develop and manage outreach strategy, including cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Actively identify and qualify new partnership opportunities within the market.
  • Proactively follow up on leads and potential partners to nurture relationships.
  • Lead discovery calls and negotiations to convert qualified leads into signed partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and progress.
  • Meet and exceed set targets for partner acquisition.
What You'll Bring: Requirements
  • Proven end-to-end sales experience with a strong track record as a closer.
  • Demonstrated experience handling discovery calls and managing a full sales pipeline.
  • Ability to work Australian business hours (AEST).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
