Qualifications and Requirements – Sales Executive

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Additional training or certification in sales techniques is an advantage.

Work Experience

  • At least 1–2 years proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Background in the company's specific industry (e.g., retail, wholesale, Trading) is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, lead generation, and client relationship management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
  • High level of confidence, self-motivation, and results orientation.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Other Requirements

  • Willing to travel for client meetings or events.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work extended hours if required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is a plus.
