Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for outreach, follow-up, and CRM management to ensure the sales team's calendar remains filled with qualified leads.

The ideal candidate will be persuasive, organized, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to potential clients using provided scripts to introduce our offer and book them onto our closers' calendars.
  • Manage ongoing lead engagement via SMS, DMs, and email, handling objections, answering questions, rescheduling, and pushing conversations toward booked calls.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions in Pipedrive, ensuring outreach is logged, follow-ups are tracked, and no lead is left behind.
  • Ensure our sales calendar is consistently booked with qualified, well-prepared leads. Handle reschedules and no-show reduction.
RequirementsEssential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent English speaker with a neutral or American-sounding accent, confident on cold calls and polished in writing.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, no lead or task falls through the cracks.
  • Comfortable using tools like Pipedrive, Slack, Asana, Loom, Google Calendar, and Zoom.
  • Familiarity with Amazon FBA sellers is a strong plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and responsive during EST working hours (9 AM-5 PM preferred).
