Our company is looking for a visionary leader to head our creative team. This individual will be responsible for shaping the brand's visual identity and developing compelling content across various digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, with experience in leading teams and driving creative strategies. They should be able to balance leadership and hands-on design expertise to develop high-impact campaigns.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing creative concepts that align with brand objectives and marketing goals
  • Overseeing the creation of high-quality visual assets for email campaigns, social media, digital ads, and other marketing materials
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring a strong and recognizable visual identity
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure cohesive storytelling across campaigns
  • Providing mentorship and constructive feedback to team members, fostering professional growth and skill development
  • Conducting design critiques and approving creative assets, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and marketing objectives
  • Managing project timelines, ensuring efficient task distribution and on-time delivery of creative assets

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Art Director, Digital Designer, or Senior Designer, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and mentoring a creative team
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design and branding
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and familiarity with web design tools like Figma
  • Strong understanding of how design impacts eCommerce performance and user engagement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
