Creative Project Manager Job

We are seeking a skilled Creative Project Manager to lead our team's creative projects.

  • Coordinate and execute strategies to elevate clients' online presence.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and lead calls with clients to understand and document project requirements.
  • Manage and organize project files in Google Drive and Dropbox, ensuring all client documents are accessible and up-to-date.
  • Create and manage Asana tickets based on client requirements, providing clear, actionable tasks for the design team.
  • Partner with designers and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows from initiation to completion.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience working with creative teams, particularly designers, in a project management capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to clearly translate client needs into detailed tasks.
  • Skilled in using Asana, Google Drive, Dropbox, and other project management platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships.
  • Comfortable managing multiple client projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of detail and consistency.
