Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to provide strategic leadership and guidance to our team, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, allocating tasks based on team members' strengths and workload, and contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities include managing complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts while ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations across the EMEA region.

Additionally, they will identify training needs, develop training programs, and support the professional development of HR team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning within the HR department.

Requirements include a Bachelors Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources, 3-4 years of experience in EMEA HR operations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, and an in-depth understanding of labour laws and employment regulations.
