Job Title: Case Manager

About the Role

As a highly skilled and organized Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing incoming applications, reviewing legal documentation, communicating with attorneys and clients, and guiding applicants through each step of the funding process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Oversee a pipeline of incoming pre-settlement funding applications, communicate with clients, attorneys, and medical providers to collect case details and documentation.
  • Document Review: Analyze legal documents such as police reports, medical records, and settlement documents, ensure the completeness and accuracy of law firm submissions.
  • Process Optimization: Maintain CRM accuracy with timely updates on case statuses, monitor progress of applications and prioritize high-urgency cases effectively.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in legal funding, personal injury, claims processing, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Working knowledge of personal injury case types (auto accidents, premises liability, etc.).
  • Comfortable handling legal documents and coordinating with attorneys.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.
