- Create memorable customer experiences every day by providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure timely resolutions.
- Provide front-line technical support for IT systems, including troubleshooting software or hardware configurations, and implementing design specifications.
- Document steps taken to resolve issues in a detailed and professional manner to aid in knowledge sharing and process improvement.
- Collaborate with the support team and management to ensure effective issue processing and high-quality support standards.
- Offer friendly and positive support to clients via phone or in-person, ensuring a personal touch and professionalism in all interactions.
- Ensure incidents and tickets are accurately recorded according to company standards.
- Participate in after-hours and on-call rotations to provide emergency support to clients.
- Enter time accurately to maintain high service standards.
- Perform complex repairs to software or peripheral equipment configurations, adhering to design or installation specifications.
- Provide minor training to users on hardware or software operation, resolving any problems that may arise.
- Refer major hardware or software issues or defective products to vendors or technicians for service.
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues for peers.
- Mentor and lead team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Delegate tasks and tickets to team members as needed to ensure efficient ticket board management and delivery of SLAs.
- Strong technical foundation in IT systems, including software and hardware configurations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving strategies.
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping to maintain accurate records and improve processes.
- Capacity to mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
