We are seeking an Accounting Support Specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide accounting support to senior accountants and management, handle bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable duties, and assist with financial reporting.

This position involves working on-site in Makati and may require occasional travel to Tarlac. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing financial records and preparing financial reports
  • Performing bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and principles
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
