System Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to fill the System Support Specialist role. This position involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting services for various hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair IT equipment such as printers, scanners, and computers.
  • Resolve user queries and issues via phone or remote desktop.
  • Allocate systems and phones for new employees, configuring Outlook settings as needed.
  • Troubleshoot operating system installations and resolve system and network-related problems.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Outlook email settings.
Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Close assigned care tickets with proper resolution.
  • Monitor server and network connectivity.
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain office IT assets, including laptops, printers, scanners, workstations, and conference room equipment.
  • Conduct regular checks on servers and network rooms.
  • Update and maintain daily asset inventory reports.
