As a key member of our team, the Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMR systems to guarantee compliance with regulations
  • Perform clerical duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence to provide excellent support to healthcare professionals
  • Assist medical teams with administrative tasks and documentation to ensure smooth workflows
  • Ensure proper filing and retrieval of electronic medical records to maintain confidentiality and security
  • Handle patient inquiries and provide support for appointment scheduling and follow-ups to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of all patient information at all times
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of medical supplies to optimize resources

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion at all times
