Medical Operations Director

This position oversees a team of virtual assistants, ensuring alignment between their performance and client expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, problem-solving, and planning for Medical Client-VA pairs to meet client-set targets.
  • Collaborate with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability.
  • Assist clients in growing their businesses using Global Medical's services as a Virtual Medical Manager.
  • Medical Client-VA management.
  • Client needs management with Global Medical's services (concerns mitigation, growth anticipation, pattern identification, situation handling, high-level escalations, negotiations, etc.).
Requirements:
  • PREFERRED: Degree in medical or healthcare-related field.
  • MINIMUM 3 YEARS: Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management experience (operational processes familiarity).
  • Highly proficient in English (written and oral).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work alongside high-level professionals in a team environment.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated. Focused, organized, and growth-minded.
  • PREFERRED: At least 1 year of Training and Development experience.
  • Ability to think outside the box: can understand requirements and create solutions if necessary.
  • Efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to night shifts.
