Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to maximize tenant occupancy at a major shopping mall. This involves developing and executing leasing strategies to drive business growth, while ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and enhancing the overall shopping experience.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive leasing plans to increase revenue and optimize space utilization.
  • Collaborate with mall management to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform leasing decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years' experience in leasing or retail management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Personality traits such as integrity, dependability, and accountability, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
