Residential Brokerage Role

The Residential Brokerage role is a key position within our organization, responsible for providing support and assistance to agents in the firm's leasing and sale transactions. The successful candidate will be expected to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to agents for leasing and sale transactions
  • Assist in the gathering, processing, analysis, and presentation of property and market information
  • Manage marketing platforms and create promotional materials
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, but fresh graduates are welcome
  • Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
