Job Overview

The Leasing Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring optimal mall occupancy through strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to develop leasing strategies that maximize profitability.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, develop, and implement tenant occupancy strategies to increase mall profitability.
  • Analyze and propose product/service mix concepts, construction requirements, and compliance with contractual obligations to enhance tenant satisfaction.
  • Achieve tenant satisfaction within established limits and conditions while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related courses is required.
  • 5 years of experience in leasing, real estate, retail, sales, marketing, business development, or related fields from an international/high-end brand.
