As a Senior Financial Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving informed business decisions through expert financial guidance. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies, analyzing complex data sets, and providing actionable insights to support both short-term and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement robust financial strategies that align with company objectives, leveraging your analytical expertise to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Budget & Forecast Management: Oversee the creation and management of budgets that drive strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  3. Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop predictive financial models that inform strategic decisions and mitigate risk.
  4. Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial reports that meet stakeholder needs, including executive management and the board.
  5. Performance Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of financial results, identifying trends and variances to inform business strategy.
  6. Business Partnership & Collaboration: Serve as a trusted financial advisor to departments, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring seamless integration of financial strategies into business operations.
  7. Market Pricing & Product Costing: Develop pricing recommendations and ensure accuracy of product costings within the ERP system, working closely with production and procurement teams.
  8. Lease Management: Oversee lease negotiations and store appraisals, ensuring optimal lease payments and abatements.
  9. Process Improvement & Savings Tracking: Identify opportunities for process improvements and maintain savings pipelines, tracking savings through P&L statements.
