Job Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Finance Strategist to join our team full-time and on-site. As a Finance Strategist, you will be responsible for providing accurate financial insights, guiding strategy, and supporting senior stakeholders in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, analyze financial data, and provide insights to achieve company objectives.
  • Financial Modeling and Forecasting: Collaborate with teams to create forecasts and models for strategic decision-making and risk management.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare timely and accurate reports for management and board meetings.
  • Performance Improvement and Analysis: Analyze financial results, identify variances, and recommend improvements.
  • Business Partnering and Collaboration: Act as a financial advisor to departments, fostering strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Product Pricing and Cost Optimization: Create costings for new products, review market trends, and recommend pricing strategies.
  • Lease Management and Administration: Oversee lease negotiations and store appraisals, ensuring payments and abatements are managed properly.
  • Process Efficiency and Innovation: Support ad hoc tasks, identify efficiencies, and track savings initiatives.

Requirements

  • CA, CPA, or CIMA qualification (Big 4/audit experience advantageous).
  • 5+ years of finance or accounting experience with leadership exposure.
  • Background in FMCG, food, or beverage manufacturing preferred.
  • ERP costing experience highly valued.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
